Our lady of apostle old students association ( OLAOSA) has announced the results of her general elections for the year 2021 to usher in new executives who will direct the affairs of the association.

Mrs Yinka Ogunde, CEO of Edumark Consult emerged as the president of the association, Dr Chioma Umesi an associate professor and consultant dental surgeon emerged as vice president 1, while Rabi Ojelade legal adviser federal fire service was voted in as the vice president 2.

Funmilola Ashiru, a lawyer and public servant is the association newly elected Gen secretary, who will be duly assisted by Oluwakemi Osifeso an educator and self-development enthusiast.      

Tai Osisanya a top charted accountant was elected as the Financial Secretary and Gbemisola Obe a business administrator and strategist emerged as the treasurer.        

Other distinguished old students who also emerged as excos of OLAOSA are:

Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School, Yaba was established in 1956, by the missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles.

The school is a Catholic, independent and all-girls school known for raising and nurturing young girls, and a lot of them have grown to become notable and respectable personalities in Nigeria.

The electoral committee that conducted the election had old girls like  FunmiLawal, Arinola OkusiOgunniyi, Olubukunkola Adeosun and Oluwatoyin Ajayi as members.  

The Outgoing president Dr Mrs Josephine Effah-Chukwuma (2016-2021), congratulated the newly elected executives, whilst wishing them a successful tenure.
