Joseph Oloruntoba Adeola, one of the godsons of Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi has emerged as the overall best graduating student of the University of Ilorin.
Adeola who studied Mathematics, like Kumuyi graduated with a CGPA of 4.92, to become the best graduating student of the university for 2020/2021 convocation.
He received the university’s merit award at the school’s 36th convocation ceremony on Saturday.
The event held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the university.
Adeola who also scored a record 196 over 200 in his UTME appreciated God for his achievement, in a post on LinkedIn.

“God lifted a nobody, from nowhere, made him somebody, without the consent of anybody”, he wrote.
He was also congratulated by the entire management team of The Emerging Tech Foundation and the University of Emerging Technologies based in California, United States.
