Students in the Senior program are assigned one of their classroom teachers as a mentor. Each student selects a mentor. That person is typically a teacher or a coach with whom they have frequent contact.
From 2011 till 2019, Ladela has been involved in various competitions and emerging with distinctions.

Winner of the Robofest Robotics Competition organized in Nigeria by Braun Robotics Nigeria for Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan (2019); 1st Position in FCT, National Mathematics Olympiad (2018); 1st Position in FCT, National Whizkid Computer Competition (2017); 1st and 2nd Position, French Dictation Competition by French Institute (2015); 1st Position (Female – Science Students), Science Molecular Frontier Symposium. Sponsor of Children, Orphanages, And Donations:
In 2018, Ladela sponsored the fees of ten HIV/AIDS vulnerable students under the Catholic Community on HIV/AIDS (CACA), for the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) and Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). It also paid the fees of 15 indigent students for the West African Examination Council (WAEC). In 2016, it donated food items, toiletries to Abuja School for Handicapped, Kuje. In 2017, it donated paints, textbooks, educational charts/posters, and outdoor equipment to Edu Vision, Gwagwalada. In 2013, it provided Mini libraries to pupils in 2 public primary schools in Bwari and Kuje area Councils, And more
Great Dorm Connection:
The residential model makes the dorm a melting pot of cultures, ages, interests, and identities. Students exchange knowledge, become friends, and build support systems with students completely different from themselves. Ladela’s dorm is provided with comfortable beds and desks, giving students the convenience to study intensely. The campus safety features like student and faculty I.D and security officials restrict entry to dorms, keeping the child safe always.
At Ladela students are allowed to reach out to dorm heads for personal and academic guidance, university advice, or for a quick chat to oversee their academic progress. Over time, the students and dorm heads create trusting bonds that allow students to express themselves
