Themed “Differentiated Learning,” the training was expertly conducted under the auspices of Future Forward Academy by Edumark.

According to Mrs. Kemi Olusanya, the Executive Director of Kith and Kin Educational Schools, the programme is at reiterating commitment to not only nurturing students but also fostering the professional growth of the teachers.

Mrs Olusanya emphasized the importance of the teacher development in her opening remarks.

“Our teachers are the backbone of the learning process. By investing in their professional growth, we are ensuring that they are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our students,” she stated.

“This partnership with Edumark is a vital step towards creating an enriched educational environment that prepares our students for the future,” she added.

The college Principal, Mr Gbenga Oregbesan, also shared insightful thoughts during the training.

“We believe that just as a medical doctor does not turn away patients, teachers must demonstrate resilience and excellence in their roles. The challenges teachers face often stem not from a lack of skills, but from a misguided mindset,” he explained.
