It was a mix of lecture and dance at the just-concluded school business round table, which took place at Sheraton Hotel & Towers Ikeja, on Friday 6th 2020, the event was tagged Review, Revive and Reset.

The August edition focused on how the education practitioners can review, revive and reset the educational sector by being a change agent in their various schools and everywhere they find themselves

The event was graced by some of the movers and shakers in the educational sector in the country, delegates from various corners of the country, school administrators and teachers.

Speaking at the event Ceo Edumark Consult, Yinka Ogunde, Yemisi Ogunlade and Bukola Lameed gave an educating and inspiring lecture on the theme Review, Revive and Reset.

During the Review session which was delivered by Yinka Ogunde, she charged the participants to review all they have done in the last academic session and encouraged them to be change agents in their school and everywhere they find themselves.

Yemisi Ogunlade spoke on Reset: Strategic Planning for Future Relevance. She mentioned that having a vision is very crucial to the development of an individual as a teacher, school owner and school administrator.

In her words “Lack of vision is as a result of no clear sense of direction and movement but not in any appreciable sense, which can result in business offering becoming obsolete”.

She advised the participants to generate a good vision for their schools and also have strategic plans for the next five years.

In the last session which is the Revive stage, Mental Health Expert, Bukola Lameed, spoke on mental awareness and ways people can look after their mental health as it is very essential.

She described mental health as weather that can change at any time, hence it is important we take care of it.

At the end of all the presentation, Mrs Yinka Ogunde anchored the questions and answer session
