The 18-year-old Jane Fajimi kidnapped in Lagos on Saturday has been found.
The family had earlier appealed to Nigerians to provide any information about her whereabouts should they have any.
The teenager was according to the family kidnapped in Lagos at about 5.30pm at Shangisha, CMD, Magodo, Lagos.
In a message posted across social media platforms, the family had said:
“Her name is JANET FAJIMI, 18 YEARS OLD.
She was kidnapped this evening at about 5.30pm (SATURDAY 11TH DEC. 2021) at Shangisha, CMD, MAGODO, LAGOS.
“The vehicle registration detail of the kidnappers’ DARK SIENNA CAR is NNE-571-ZK. Anambra State.Dark Sienna.
“The kidnappers have made their way through Lagos Ibadan Expressway to an unknown destination.
Please help broadcast and forward to the appropriate security agencies.
“Please help broadcast.”
However, the police said they had found the teenager and that she was already reunited with her family.
The police however did not give details but said the investigation into the case was still on.
