Supreme Education Foundation Celebrates its 18th Annual Inter-House Sports

Supreme Education Foundation (SEF) definitely
hit the mark during its 18th Annual Inter-House Sports tagged “Shooting for
Success”. The Inter-House Sport was a jolly event filled with so many beautiful
attires, depicting the several historic tourist attractions and memorable
landmarks in the country.

The Inter-house Team names were selected
from historic game reserves and places in Lagos State such as Obudu Cattle
Ranch abbreviated as Obudu House; Yankari Game Reserve abbreviated to Yankari
house; Tarkwa Bay, a resort beach in Lagos state, also abbreviated into Yankari
house; and the sophisticated high brow city of Lekki, adopted as Lekki House.

The Inter-house sport was a blast right from the get-go as mothers of the students also competed as they were grouped into several categories such as Lekki house moms, Yankari moms, Tarkwa House moms, Obudu house moms, who thrilled the audience with infective dance steps to send the whole crowd on an endless spree of dancing and excitement.

Onlookers would have thought that the
Interhouse Sport was for the parents, as the event was a celebration of love,
togetherness and family as it was a touching sight to see parents let their
hair down, to play, laugh, scream, shout and just let out some steam.

The Inter-house sport featured
performances from junior, middle and high school in several sporting activities
such as athletics, football,shot-put, long jump, high jump, drone racing, relay
race/baton race, catch the train, inter-house canopy decoration, march past, inter-house
athletics and tug of war.

The event was off to a flyer for Tarkwa
house team who immediately took the scenery as well as the attention of the audience
with the sublime march past performance of Tarkwa house moms who thrilled the
audience with jaw-opening displays which was eventually the spark that set
Tarkwa house on its way to success in the latter part of the Inter-house
Sports.

The winning streak was just the beginning as Tarkwa house reinvented itself in several other sporting activities so as to maintain their early lead by bagging 1st and 2nd positions consecutively in athletics, football, drone racing, swimming, shot put, long jump, high jump, and major cup-clinching titles.
