Ramat Polytechnic has released an important announcement directed at all National Diploma (ND) students regarding the regularization of their JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) admissions.
This urgent notice affects students admitted before 2017, as well as those between 2017 and 2020, whose admissions were not processed through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
The JAMB has set a strict deadline for the end of August 2024, and all affected students must complete the regularization process by this date.
Students who fail to regularize their admissions will face severe repercussions, including ineligibility for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, inability to apply for Direct Entry into universities, and non-issuance of Exemption or Exclusion Letters.
Students admitted in the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 who do not possess their JAMB Admission Letters are advised to report to the Academic Division of the polytechnic to lodge their complaints and seek assistance.
The regularization process is crucial for ensuring that all students have their admissions properly documented and recognized by JAMB.
This not only secures their academic records but also ensures they can take advantage of further educational and professional opportunities without hindrance. Ramat Polytechnic urges all affected students to act swiftly to meet the deadline.
The institution is committed to assisting students through the regularization process and encourages them to seek help from the Academic Division if they encounter any issues.
With the deadline fast approaching, it is imperative for all concerned students to prioritize this process to avoid any future obstacles in their academic and professional journeys.
