At Thames Valley College, our vision is to provide a global standard education in an international environment. Our mission is to develop well-rounded individuals who are ready to make a difference as responsible and disciplined leaders.

We live in a time where we are frequently compared to others or judged by them in many spheres of life.

Competition is the norm since kids are encouraged to be better than their siblings or the kid next door from a very young age. Each child has a unique intelligence quotient; while every class will have a few high performers, the bulk of students will be “just average,” and a small percentage will be “struggling learners,” there will always be others. Every class would have 2-3% of the students in the last category, and most teachers can recognize these kids.

Thames Valley College adopts a practical method of teaching the children. The work provided to these struggling learners starts from a level that they can comprehend and which may not necessarily be at par with the others in the class. More blessed children are given the responsibility of helping out their weaker counterparts, thereby building strong friendships.

Apart from academics, we also lay emphasis on the children’s developing skills at their own pace and in time they would be able to be at par with their classmates. We pay attention to developing “skills” as well as academic achievements.

So, while other schools are gunning for the ‘High Flyers’, we welcome both the brilliant and below-average students to enhance their potential.
