Old Students of Our Lady of Apostles Yaba add pomp to the 66th anniversary celebration of the school

It was great fun and excitement for the young students of Our Lady of Apostles secondary school, Yaba as they met highly distinguished old girls at the 66th anniversary celebrations of the school.

The 66th anniversary celebration was held in the school hall on Tuesday, 15th of February, 2022. According to the school administrator, Rev. Sister Martina, The Founder’s day actually falls on the 23rd of January but the celebrations had to be postponed for about three weeks. She expressed great appreciation to the staff, parents and the Old Students Association for their support.

The occasion also witnessed the official unveiling of the OLARIAN ECHO, a magazine put together by the students.

The Old Students Association was represented by old girls from various sets. Some of them are Chief (Mrs) Cecilia Tukuru, (class of 1960), Col. Margaret Obigho, Chief (Mrs) Bridget Itsueli, Mrs Margaret Majekodunmi, Pastor Lara Williams, Mrs Vincent, Dr. Chioma Umesi, Mrs Oyinkan Afolabi, Mrs Joyce Okungbowa, Mrs Eniola Salu, Mrs Elfrida Osakwe, Mrs Theresa Faniran, Mrs Yinka Ogunde and other highly distinguished old girls.
