The Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Western Naval Command and Commander of Joint Task Force Operation AWATSE, Rear Admiral MB Hassan, has commended Brigadier General Kingsley Nwoko, Commandant of the Nigerian Army Intelligence School (NAIS), for his exceptional leadership and innovative contributions during a recent graduation ceremony.
