LASU Crowned Nigeria’s Best State University for Third Consecutive Year

Lagos State University (LASU) has once again secured its position as the best state university in Nigeria, according to the latest AD Scientific Index Ranking for 2024.

This accolade marks the third consecutive year that LASU has excelled in this prestigious ranking, further solidifying its reputation as a leading institution for higher education and research in the country.

The recent rankings reveal that LASU is not only the best among state universities but has also claimed the 10th spot among 174 public universities and the 12th position overall out of 237 ranked universities across Nigeria.

This recognition highlights the university’s commitment to fostering a robust research culture, a testament to the dedicated efforts of its administration.

Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, the Vice Chancellor of LASU, expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the professors for their remarkable achievements.
