The Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU), Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, has sanctioned a one-week Mop Up Exercise.

This final window for the Indigeneship Verification Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session aims to capture those who have yet to complete this essential process.

Key Details:

Dates: Monday, 26th August to Friday, 30th August 2024

Venue: LASU Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos

Professor Olatunji-Bello emphasized the importance of this exercise, urging all prospective students who are of Lagos State origin and have not yet undergone the mandatory indigeneship verification screening to leverage this opportunity.

The university administration has made it clear that this will be the last chance for students to get their indigeneship status verified. No further screening exercises will be conducted once this mop up session concludes.

Prospective students are advised to prepare all necessary documentation and present themselves at the LASU main campus within the stipulated dates to ensure their eligibility for the upcoming academic session.

This initiative underscores LASU’s commitment to a transparent and thorough verification process, ensuring that all deserving candidates of Lagos State origin are duly recognized and given the opportunity to pursue their academic goals.
