For a school established in 2015, Rochester has broken limits that took others decades to achieve. But how exactly are they achieving it?

Rochester Schools, a day/boarding school for all age groups was established by Mrs Ifunanya Marycolette Emedolu, a passionate educator with a desire to groom students to excellence in their various fields.

Her passion led her to establishing the school and putting all the necessary equipment and facilities needed to aid learning and development of children in the school.

Well qualified teachers and administrators with both expertise and empathy needed to train students in the proper way were brought on board and a proper structure was put in place to make sure that Rochester Schools did not end up as average.

The results so far have shown that Rochester is doing the right thing. Within the first 3 years of establishment, Rochester Schools took first positions in AISEN Nursery and Primary School Debate and Sports competition.

They also were ranked first among the Top 44 schools in the mathematics competition held in Amuwo-odofin LGA in Lagos state. Furthermore, They took first position in Nigeria’s History Inter-School Competition.

Their records in WAEC stands at a 96.9% success rate, while they recently recorded 100% success rates in NECO and Federal Common Entrance Examinations.

Multiple achievements have been recorded ever since as Rochester School has now become a pacesetter in the education sector in Nigeria.

In a country where the education system looks like it’s waning, Rochester Schools really makes good on its motto to turn learners to excellent leaders tomorrow.
