The Kwara State Education Conference, held on November 14 at the Banquet Hall in Ilorin, marked a pivotal moment in education reform as it brought together visionaries, policymakers, and educators to shape a transformative path for youth empowerment through STEAM education.
This groundbreaking event celebrated individuals who have made outstanding contributions to advancing education in Kwara State and beyond, recognizing their dedication, innovation, and impact in their respective fields.
The event honoured a diverse group of leaders and contributors to education, with the following recipients taking center stage:
1. Her Excellency, Ambassador Professor Olufolake Abdulrazaq, First Lady of Kwara State, for her unwavering support for education and visionary leadership.
2. Professor Wahab Egbewole SAN, Vice Chancellor, University of Ilorin, for his exceptional contributions to academia and student development.
3. Professor Shaykh-Luqman Alade Jimoh, Vice Chancellor, Kwara State University, for his leadership and commitment to educational excellence.
4. Mr. Nurudeen Lawal, Founder of Quality Education Development Associates (QEDA), for enhancing the quality of education in Kwara.
5. Mr. Ezekiel Bamigboye, Sales Manager at DigitalEd, for promoting digital education solutions.
