1•Designing Learning Experiences For Children
~Uses textbooks and other relevant documents while planning
~Plans lessons adequately.
~Collects and prepares relevant teaching/learning instructional aids.

2•Knowledge and Understanding of Subject Matter
~Uses appropriate examples when teaching.
~Uses knowledge of the subject in such a way as to meet the diverse learning needs of children.
~Uses knowledge of the subject for completing entire Syllabus within the specified time•
~Corrects errors made by students.

3•Strategies For Subject Delivery
~Uses available space in the classroom and school adequately, making proper use of equipment, arranging them appropriately for different classroom experiences.
~Maintains cleanliness and safety of children in his/her care.
~Displays teaching/learning material in the classroom for ready use.
~Displays work of students in classroom/school.
~Encourages self-discipline, punctuality, and regularity.
